We believe that music strengthens social bonds and impacts our ability to connect with one another. Our 2018 stage was full of non stop energy from 11am-11pm featuring local talents like Stuart Alzablo, Ya Amar Dance Group, Matthew Ritz, Ventanas Music featuring Tamar Ilana, DJ Franky J, DJ 1001, DJ Michael Ibrahim, Majd Sekkar & band, Canadian Arabic Orchestra, Skin N Strings and more. The celebrity artist was Karl Wolf. Stay tuned for the 2019 stage program.
Supporting Middle Eastern arts and culture to echo diverse voices. In 2018 we showcased paintings by the artist May Mostafa Ali, unique handmade glassware by Kudu Arts, Middle-eastern inspired fashion by Seevana Hawari, handmade antique and vintage inspired home decor by House of Areej and Areej Artist Centre, Arab influenced & culturally made fashion by designer Angela Al-Switi, Arabic Apparel, Hanna design by Fizza’s Hanna Studio and so much more. Taste Chef Du Jour
Executive Chef of Paramount Fine Foods, William El Dbaissy, Chef Reem Ahmed a finalist on Master Chef Canada, Executive Chef of the famous Byblos Restaurants Stuart Cameron, and Chef Suzanne Husseini from Ottawa (Author & TV presenter also) rocked the Higgins Event Rentals Kitchen in 2018.
